But covered up by illusions for many lifetimes,

After Zen Master Thich Dieu Thien Awakened in 2001, in the same year, she returned to Houston, where she helped many people to realize the capacity to Wake Up within themselves. After 2 years of devotion to helping people, seeing many people earnestly developed the goal to Wake Up, Zen Master Thich Dieu Thien accepted their request to settle in Houston, found the Universal Door Meditation Center in 2003.
In 2004, by chance, Zen Master Thich Dieu Thien met ZEN MASTER THICH THONG HOI, in Hawaii. Through a few exchanges, the two Awake teachers realized that they are from the same world... that is Awake World. Therefore, Zen Master Thich Dieu Thien invited Zen Master Thich Thong Hoi to come to Universal Door Meditation Center (Houston, Texas) to join the mission to teach and guide all people to become Awake. For many years, the two Zen Masters have traveled all over the world, formed many practice groups, day and night tirelessly helped students, regardless of their age, background, culture or religion to understand, believe, and realize the capacity to Wake Up within. In late 2013, the two Zen Masters opened Suoi Tu Meditation Center in Dallas. Presently, Zen Master Thich Thong Hoi is the Abbot of Suoi Tu Meditation Center, Dallas, Texas.
The life of Zen Master Thich Dieu Thien, from birth to present, is only focused on Waking Up to break the cycle of birth and death, and continuing to help all people to Wake Up. Over the past 19 years, Zen Master has came to each house, met each person, formed many Awake sangha groups, traveled to different parts of the world, interacted with many people from different races and religions... opened people’s minds at anywhere... in the Meditation Hall, at the train station, in the car, at the park, on the ferry, and even in the dining room and the kitchen... everywhere is the Zen Master’s teaching place, where she helps people realize and return to the Awake Mind within. With Unconditional Love to help people return to live with the Buddha nature, Zen Master’s mind-opening teachings penetrate directly to the heart, help people to break through their illusions and sufferings, and step by step help them realize the capacity to Wake Up already within and become one with Awake.
